Maintenance Subscriptions

Every musical instrument needs care and attention whether from the rigors of regular use or from an unfortunate accident.   Repairs can be a significant unwelcome expense, and regular service will keep your instrument performing at its best.   Service on rent-to-own instruments is covered by our contract, but once the instrument is paid off, that coverage ends.

That's why Kidder Music offers either a Monthly or Yearly Maintenance Subscription to keep you covered.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a maintenance subscription, your instrument must either have been recently on contract and paid off, or have been in our shop for service in the last 15 days.  If those conditions aren't met, bring your instrument in and we will have our techs evaluate it.  We can also pick up instruments from enrolled Illinois school districts.

To get your subscription started, choose the appropriate item below.  Contact us if you are not sure.   If you received an email from us after your payoff or repair, it will include a link to the appropriate item.

Standard:  This is for all student model instruments.   If you got your instrument thru our rent-to-own program, then this is what you want.

Standard (Percussion):  Percussion subscriptions have a lower rate.  This is for Drum Kits, Percussion Kits, and Percussion Combo Kits.   Drum Sets do not qualify.

Premium:  This is for intermediate or advanced instruments, also referred to as Step-Up instruments.
