Select this item to start your monthly maintenance subscription for a standard student model percussion instrument. Future payments will be automatically billed to the card you use for this purchase. See below for more information.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Subscription is entered into between KIDDER MUSIC SERVICE, INC., hereinafter called “Company” and the individual named above, hereinafter called “Customer”.
1. For Yearly Subscription: Customer shall pay in advance at the annual rate by the annual payment date shown on this Subscription. . This Subscription shall be for one year fromthe date of purchase. If autopay is selected, the renewal fee will be charged on the first of the month in which the subscription expires. For Monthly Subscriptions: The customer’s selected payment card will be charged on the first day of each month. Should the card be declined, the contract will be considered cancelled unless paid before the end of the month. After that, a reinstatement fee equal to the number of months unpaid can be paid as long as no more than 3 months have elapsed. After three months, Kidder Music Service will need to evaluate the instrument. Should it not be in good playing condition, the fee for re-instatement will be equal to the cost of the repairs necessary to bring the instrument into good playing condition or the total of payments missed, whichever is greater.
2. Either party may cancel yearly maintenance subscriptions after the first year. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
3. In the event the instrument is damaged or deteriorates in performance for reasons other than misuse, KIDDER MUSIC SERVICE, INC. will repair and regulate it at no labor charge. All labor costs are covered by KIDDER MUSIC SERVICE, INC. For Premium Instrument Subscriptions, this Subscription does not include the cost of any parts, other than those which deteriorate through normal use. (Pads, corks, felts). For Standard Instrument Subscriptions,this Subscription does cover the cost of replacement parts.
4. All adjustments and repairs must be made at KIDDER MUSIC SERVICE, INC. DO NOT attempt any repairs as it may void the coverage.
5. The deterioration of appearance, scratches, minor dents, and finish is not covered in so far as it does not affect the playing of the instrument.
Sticks, reeds, straps, and other accessories are not included in this coverage.
6. Customer warrants and represents that the instrument is in good mechanical condition on the date of execution on this Subscription.
7. This Subscription is not assignable and is automatically cancelled should the customer divest themselfof ownership of the instrument.
The amount of this subscription shall be increased byan amount equal to any applicable tax now or hereafter assessed, levied, or imposed by any federal, state, or local authority.
